This is only the fairing, the mounting hardware is sold separately.
For long wheelbases and low bottom brackets, the WERX Long Wheelbase Fairing is here to shield you from the nastiness outside. The fairing is slotted to fit on and turn with the front wheel, and provides coverage from your feet to above your handlebar. Shaped with space around the crank for your feet to move comfortably without being bulky or allowing the weather to creep in. Do it! Transform your riding experience today!
I Had been riding my easy racer Gold Rush for years with an old scratched up fairing. When Terra Cycle did their end of year sale I jumped on it to get a new one. It arrived well packaged and in perfect shape and dropped right on the bike. Now I can see where I’m going!
After noticing the mounting hardware for the WERX fairing was out of stock, I called and spoke with Aaron who was kind enough to measure the hole placement on the Windwrap fairing. It was pretty close to the hole placement on the Zzipper fairing so I placed an order. Turned out to fit just fine. Hope to get out on the road tomorrow and see if it keeps the bugs out of my smile. :)
Thank you for still making this great fairing. This is my third fairing that I’ve purchased and just can’t be happier with the quality of it. I have tried going without a fairing a few times but once you have one and feel the difference in your wind resistance and noise you won’t go without. Thanks again , your quality workmanship is amazing.
No photos yet. Haven't had time to install it. But, I've had several fairings so I know what I'm getting into and looking forward to upgrading my Tour Easy. I noticed you've been out of stock on the mounting kit for the TE for at least a year, maybe two. Has that been discontinued? I've got a couple of mount part sets lying around, probably originally for a Zzipper, but I'm sure I can make it work.
The Fairing is great. Having trouble mounting it to my TourEasy. The top mounting holes fit fine on the existing hardware I have. The problem is at the other end, at the forks. The existing brackets are about 1/2 too short on the part that would bolt onto the fairing, as the hole in the fairing is about 1/2 too high and the pointed part of the fairing jams up on the fork. Do you have a pair of bottom support brackets that might fit?
