Elite Idler
Fit and finish is top notch. Install was easy but somewhat different than the install I had which had zero float. Installed as per provided instructions with 10mm spacer resulted in 3/8” to 1/2” of float. I was informed by T-Cycle that this amount of float is acceptable and desirable to allow for idler to move to best position after shifting to different gear combinations. This certainly makes sense. Idler was very noisy when first installed but noise has diminished significantly after several hundred miles and now generates less noise than my worn out dagger toothed idler. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Great drop-in upgrade
This easy drop-in replacement idler eliminated the noise and vibration I had with my old stock idler. The thrumming vibration of the old idler was particularly annoying. Granted, an expensive new idler isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I like well-designed and well-built products, and I'm happy with the T-Cycle idler. On top of that, the company is a pleasure to deal with.

Incomplet
It lacks the leg to prevent thé chain from coming out if the roulette wheel

Idler
Fit and looks good.

Nearly Silent
I don't have the instruments to measure the power loss due to friction between the crank and the cassette, but I do have ears. I can tell you that this idler makes my bike almost silent when I'm pedaling. I didn't notice the sound the stock idler made until it was gone, having upgraded to this one.
