Headrest can be positioned accurately for my neck. And the long horizontal tube provided gives a nice place to mount my wide angle rear view camera. I use this when leading my group of trikes to keep track of everyone on city streets. Note the T-Cycle rear light mount and long .785" tube used to raise the camera up high enough to see over the heads of following riders that block my mirror view of the group.
I much prefer this over the one that came from ICE. I have issues with C1 and C2 in my spine and it's vital that the neckrest fits just right. After about 100km of riding I finally fined tuned the placement of the pad. There are an endless amount of angles that can be achieved with this setup. One word of caution: If you have rear suspension, be sure to adjust the lower bracket (the bracket with the quick release) to not hit the fender on bumps. I adjusted it before it did too much damage to the fender.
I’ve used headrests normally found on greenspeeds, Catrikes and Azubs but I found them kinda lacking in the support I wanted. The T-Cycle QR is the most supportive of those I’ve used.
Quality product all the way around. It is great that it can be removed so easily for transport in a car. Only negative is the price, but everything is out of the roof these days.
Much easier to install and adjust compared to the original.I got the firm foam and it's very comfortable.
Worked great on my Adventure FS & makes for easy removal when transporting to a ride.
