Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping
We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) from Portland, Oregon. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Tracking
When your order goes out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. USPS can track packages to a certain extent, but they cannot be tracked through customs. UPS packages can be tracked through the whole process with a fine level of detail, but tend to charge higher customs fees.
Returning
Our goal is to put products into the world that better cycling, so please let us know if something isn't working right. It isn't uncommon that some tweaks to a product can change the experience from "Well, that ain't gonna work," to "Boy howdy, that's perfect!" If you do need to return a product, then we don't require any fancy RMA numbers or anything, but it is the customer's responsibility to return the product to us. It is also vital to include your name, email, or an invoice number from the sale, so that we can contact you when the box arrives. A 10% restocking fee is issued on all merchandise that is returned in resalable condition (i.e. not scratched or damaged). Products that have been dirtied, scratched, or otherwise cosmetically blemished are subject to a 25% return fee. If you manage to totally destroy our stuff, we probably still want it back for proper dissection, but sadly we can't offer compensation. If returned within a year of the purchase date, then we are able to issue a cash refund. If returned over a year from the purchase date, then we are only able to issue store credit.

Exchanging
Did you accidentally order the wrong sized item? Or maybe forgot to use the dropdown menu to select your correct item? No worries, we understand mistakes happen! In order to process an exchange for like items, please mail it back to us at the following address, and include a note with your order number and an explanation of what you need to exchange it for. If there is any wear on the item, then unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it one-for-one, and will offer you credit towards the new item. The best way to handle an exchange for a completely different item would be to return the first item for a refund and then buy the correct item on a new order.
