Refund policy
Our goal is to put products into the world that better cycling, so please let us know if something isn't working right. It isn't uncommon that some tweaks to a product can change the experience from "Well, that ain't gonna work," to "Boy howdy, that's perfect!"
If you do need to return a product, then we don't require any fancy RMA numbers or anything, but it helps the process if you include the invoice number from the sale. A 10% restocking fee is issued on all merchandise that is returned in resalable condition (i.e. not scratched or damaged). Products that have been dirtied, scratched, or otherwise cosmetically blemished are subject to a 25% return fee. If you manage to totally destroy our stuff, we probably still want them back for proper dissection, but sadly we can't offer compensation.
Though it happens rarely, we do sometimes receive fraudulent orders. Orders cancelled for being fraudulent will be redeemable for store credit rather than being refunded upon cancellation. If you believe your order has been mistakenly cancelled for fraud, please contact us.
