I purchased this based on other reviews that I had read. I’m so glad that I did because it is so much more comfortable than the Greenspeed headrest. It is adjustable and the quick release makes it so easy to use. I ordered both cushions which worked out well as the firmer one was the best for me. I only wish that the price was more affordable. I highly recommend the product.
