Shipping & Returns


We ship via the US Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Each has several shipping options. If you have a special request (you have a race next week in Kalifornsky, Alaska and you want your custom built polar-bearings* to meet you there, for example), please note unusual circumstances that in the comments section when you check out, and/or email us about it.


When your order goes out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. USPS can track packages to a certain extent, but they cannot be tracked through customs. UPS packages can be tracked through the whole process with a fine level of detail, but UPS charges customs fees.


Note that we don't charge your credit card until we ship. Don't worry that your order has been lost if your card isn't charged right away. Since we build things up per order, we don't want to charge your card until everything is ready to go out. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and seeing where it is in the process.


Our goal is to put products into the world that better cycling, so please let us know if something isn't working right. It isn't uncommon that some tweaks to a product can change the experience from "Well, that ain't gonna work," to "Boy howdy, that's perfect!" If you do need to return a product, then we don't require any fancy RMA numbers or anything, but it can be helpful if you have the invoice number from the sale. A 10% restocking fee is issued on all merchandise that is returned in resalable condition (i.e. not scratched or damaged). Products that have been dirtied, scratched, or otherwise cosmetically blemished are subject to a 25% return fee. If you manage to totally destroy our stuff, we probably still want them back for proper dissection, but sadly we can't offer compensation.
